The 2023 Energy Electronics Industry Development Conference and Guangdong New Energy Storage Industry Development Summit Forum opens

As an important platform and window to promote the integrated development of electronic information technology and new energy, the three-day conference will form an event system through an opening ceremony, a summit forum, 10 theme forums, and a professional exhibition. It will create a first-class exhibition brand in the field of energy electronics, explore new visions for industrial development, draw new blueprints for industry development, and create a new green and low-carbon future.

The opening ceremony of the conference was hosted by Huang Zhihao, Deputy Secretary of the Zhuhai Municipal Party Committee and Mayor. Chen Yong, Secretary of the Zhuhai Municipal Party Committee, Wu Hong, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and Cao Renxian, Chairman of the China Photovoltaic Industry Association and Chairman of Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd. respectively delivered speeches at the conference.
As the region with the earliest development of the domestic energy storage battery industry and the most comprehensive and mature industry coverage, Guangdong Province is committed to continuously promoting technological innovation through an increasingly improved policy system, signing a number of major projects and launching new energy storage leading enterprises, strengthening cooperation with leading enterprises and other measures, striving to achieve operating income of 1 trillion yuan in the province's new energy storage industry and an installed capacity of 4 million kilowatts by 2027.
As the source of innovation and opening up, Zhuhai City has also focused on new energy storage in recent years, and has made greater efforts to "go out and bring in", and won the "acceleration" of industrial development with the "super intensity" of project attractions. From January to September 2023, the output value of Zhuhai's new energy storage industry increased by 24% year-on-year, while the installed capacity increased by 230% year-on-year. Currently, Zhuhai continues to expand its industrial advantages.
At the opening ceremony, Zhuhai completed a centralized signing ceremony for energy storage projects. 10 companies and government representatives came to the stage to sign the contract, gathering new development synergies for Zhuhai's energy storage development. During the keynote speech session of the summit forum, company representatives delivered keynote speeches on topics such as innovative thinking on energy storage systems under new power systems, technology development trends and commercial value of new energy storage systems.
The 2023 Energy Electronics Expo held at the same time as the conference is the first professional energy electronics exhibition in China, with an exhibition area of nearly 30,000 square meters. It integrates core elements such as high-end equipment, advanced materials, key technologies, and application scenarios in the field of energy electronics, and displays around the four major areas of solar photovoltaics, new energy storage, key terminal applications, and key information technology. More than a hundred leading and innovative companies interpreted the respective industry characteristics and in-depth integration development trend of "Optical Storage, Telecommunications" from different angles. Through the display of innovative products, innovative technologies and innovative applications, they created a new platform for enterprises to promote advanced products and promote market applications on the new track of energy electronics.
