SGX Securities Market welcomes the listing of Galaxy Wells Fargo Vietnam 30 Industry Index ETF

Xinhua Finance, Singapore, August 27 (Reporter Liu Chuntao) The Singapore Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "SGX", SGX) securities market welcomed the listing of the CGS Fullgoal Vietnam 30 Sector Cap Index exchange-traded fund (ETF) on the 25th. The assets under management (AUM) at launch were S$35 million, providing investors with an effective way to invest in this growing and dynamic market in the region. This ETF is also the ETF with the highest amount of funds raised on SGX so far this year.

The ETF refers to the iEdge Vietnam 30 Sector Cap Index developed by SGX Index Edge. As part of its suite of thematic index solutions, it tracks the performance of the top 30 largest and most liquid companies listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange in Vietnam.

The ETF is issued by CGS-CIMB Securities, with Wells Fargo Asset Management (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. serving as the investment advisor. This marks the first time the two companies have collaborated to list an ETF, leveraging CGS-CIMB's extensive brokerage network in the Asia-Pacific region and Wells Fargo Asset Management's deep experience in financial advisory.
